At Nidecker, we stand by our gear, but if your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your riding style, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. We ensure a streamlined process so you can get back to the mountains as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and technical labels are still attached to the product.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your gear to confirm its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
